This style has been successful with a variety of individuals, but I especially enjoy seeing my brown sugars thriving after breaking free from limited belief systems and realizing their unlimited potential. Either way, through collaborative efforts, we find personalized solutions to support your mental health journey.

As a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience of employing, teaching, and mentoring hundreds of other social workers, I have come to firmly believe that to be successful in this profession it is imperative that social workers make sustainable connections with your specific tribe and be intentional about your life’s work and passions.
